Everything at Milford is always broke! Go to Stratford much better run facilities! The manager in Milford does a very poor job!

I have been going to la fitness in Milford for years and love the place. It's clean and all the equipment is working. All the staff are very nice and Charlie is the best. Very accommodating and nice.

Go anywhere but here! I sat down for an hour telling this man the last trainer ruined my body because he was 21 and clearly inexperienced so I asked him for an older trainer. He said okay. A eeek...

Didn't realize how outdated this Gym is until I went elsewhere. In the process of canceling membership where a form MUST be obtained from the Manager of Club. That's BS & verifying my membership...
