The Berkshire Spur Chinese Shar Pei Club, established in August 2001, is a dedicated community of Shar Pei enthusiasts spanning Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, and New York. The club comprises breeders, exhibitors, judges, novices, obedience enthusiasts, therapy dog owners, rescue facilitators, and pet owners, all united by their passion for this unique breed.

Since hosting their first Regional Specialty in November 2002 in Glenmont, NY, the club has attracted numerous exhibitors from across the United States and Canada. They encourage all Shar Pei owners, whether serious hobby breeders or loving family pet owners, to consider joining their group for shared experiences and camaraderie.
