Steven the salesperson in Glastonbury was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I chose the Glastonbury location because the Darrell the Salesperson in Manchester was not very friendly.

BED FRAMES ARE NOT RETURNABLE! Very fine print about bed frames not being returnable. Once it leaves the store or you accept delivery, it's yours to keep. Even though there is a mattress...

Terrible company. Will not take returns on bed frames, even unopened boxes. Not customer friendly, just trying to make quick buck and screw the customer. Never ever ever will I buy anything...

Stopped by this weekend to check out a new mattress. Kim and Dale were very helpful in guiding me to the most comfortable mattress that I have ever slept in and we stayed within my budget....
