We are an organic bakery and pizza shop, offering naturally leavened dough using regional and sustainably grown grains. We bake our breads and pastries fresh daily after a long, slow overnight cold fermentation to develop flavor and improve nutrition. We serve organic espresso by Canyon Coffee. We are open for breakfast every day at 7am and continue with lunch & dinner from 11-8pm.
