Newfield Elementary School

Canton Middle School offers a variety of educational and enrichment programs for students in grades seven and eight. It teaches various subjects, including English, math, science, social studies, health education, language arts, Spanish, French, computer science, music, arts and crafts, and physical education. The school also provides various special education programs for students with special needs. It has athletic teams for basketball, baseball, cheerleading, cross-country, hockey, soccer, softball and wrestling. The school also provides guidance and individual and group counseling to students. Toquam Magnet School serves students in kindergarten through grade five. It provides a variety of educational, extracurricular and athletic activities. The school s academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as social studies, science, arts and mathematics. In addition, it offers a variety of art materials, including clay, paint, collage materials, fabric and drawing materials that encourage children to work in a range of media and styles. The school also provides opportunities for its students to participate in a variety of extracurricular activities and student organizations, such as math, reading, homework and chess clubs; a safety council; peer volunteers, suduko and young mariners. Toquam Magnet School is located in Stamford, Conn.
