The guy on customer service wouldn't do his job and cancel our account. They belittle you and are beyond rude. The guy was so nasty. They verbally harass you.

Optimun makes literally impossible to cancel the service, they keep you on the line for hours, disconnecting the call. So frustraiting and unproffesional. They need to be reviwed by consumers...
