They ripped me off. They claim free, hassle free returns. They'll provide a return label. You can return the items, but you'll never get your refund. PCS Stamps and Coins is a fraudulent business.

scam stay away! customer service is slow, if nonexistent. the only way to prevent them from continuing to charge the cc was to cancel the cc. once they have your card on file, they will charge...
