Quest on Western Blvd is great! The phlebotomist is kind, efficient, and professional. When I went, with an appointment, there was no wait. Chalk it all up to my best Quest experience.

Terrible. Opened 10 minutes late. Kiosk does not work. Cannot sign in or give insurance info. Frustrating. They skipped over my appointment and gave me a hard time. Were is Lab Corp?
