The STA represents the teachers, teacher assistants, educational sign language interpreters and academic intervention tutors of Smithtown in collective bargaining situations and all matters that pertain to the collective bargaining agreement. Furthermore, it is our efforts that guarantee the teachers a voice in matters of professional concern within our District, which distinguishes the STA as a unique professional union.
