Sadly only have one staff member opening accounts and replacing debit cards yet they have 5 employees just standing in the counter doing nothing. They def need to train more staff

Be prepared for bad service. Waiting on a manager after 2 pm for 45 minutes who is on lunch break ?? No support staff. Transactions take unnecessary long amounts of time. TD has terrible...
