Friendly staff but seems to be understaffed which causes an extended wait. I understand having to wait a few minutes but in line for 20 + minutes is excessive.

This is my favorite TD branch. The tellers are very friendly and always take good care of me.

This bank is shady. They have absolutely no clue what they're doing. 6 day hold turns around to be a seven day. Makes no sense at all. No one knows what they're doing.

Bank teller put an extra 6 day hold on a check because ; why?. Not sure. Can't get a straight answer. It was to be 1-2day business day hold. Can't get a hold of the Branch Manager.
