My late wife, kendra, and I founded our business in 1999. We sold a dozen homes our first year in business and kept right on selling. We have sold over 400 homes since then notwithstanding a major downturn in the Nationwide real estate market circa 2007. The market has returned, although regrettably not yet 100%, and we still do not screen phone calls nor filter out lesser priced calls. Every customer is our #1 customer whether they are buying a million dollar home or a modest condominium.
