Surprisingly really great experience at Urban Air Waterbury. We went when they 1st opened on a day Waterbury schools was in session, very quiet and low key. We appreciate the 50% off parent pass...

Lots to do for all interests - kids were busy and happy the whole time. No lines or waiting around. Staff was very friendly and the place was really clean.
