West Haven Veterans Museum and Learning Center

The West Haven Veterans Museum and Learning Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to honoring the brave men and women who served our State and Country during times of conflict and natural disasters. Their mission is to preserve artifacts that provide a glimpse into the lives of these Connecticut Patriots, while also providing education and resources to future generations about the experiences of our fighting men and women.

Run by retired Veterans and local volunteers, the museum offers a diverse perspective through the unique experiences shared by Veterans, which can be applied to real-life situations. By visiting the museum, young people can gain confidence, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and develop 21st-century skills. Admission is free, and donations are accepted to support their important work.
