Dr. Carr is a family physician with a board certification in geriatrics. He sees patients ages 18+ and has been practicing and teaching for more than 30 years. He is past-president of the Connecticut Academy of Family Physicians, and has served on many national task forces and expert panels in the areas of geriatrics, primary care and medical education. Dr. Carr develops personal relationships with his patients and helps them understand how to prevent illness and achieve optimal health. He is an Army veteran, and enjoys tennis, boating and spending time with his family and granddaughter.

Linda is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She specializes in adult gerontology. Linda believes that excellent care starts with building strong relationships with patients and understanding their personalized needs. Her areas of specialties include prevention and wellness, as well as health screenings and diagnosis for the management of acute and chronic illnesses. Linda is an experienced healthcare professional with ten years of clinical experience in medical-surgical oncology, home care and quality assurance. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, hiking, and going to NYC to see a Broadway musical or play.
