Belco Works, founded as Belco Crafts in 1966, is a nonprofit organization that provides employment to people with mental handicaps and other developmental disabilities. More than 300 adults are employed in the modern and light industrial plant in Saint Clairsville, Ohio, providing packaging, assembly and document destruction services.
