This place is so noisy. My upstairs neighbor drops boxes and hits stuff during the night and even until 5AM. I cant sleep at night. I talked to the office and they said there is nothing they can...

I hate this place it is so noisy and my up stairs are really loud and they need to make a play area for kids because they be every were.
