I got my culinary degree while living in Turkey. when i moved to the US the land of opportunity i decided i wanted to own my own restaurant. I started off cooking at the broadway dinner. And assumed ownership July 2017. It was not a easy road ownership comes with great responsibility. Not just the business but the food as well. Food is my passion
