Horrible. The employee called my bike a "POS" and used the F word at least 5 times ... we chose not to have the flat tire fixed there. We will not go back - horrible ... no need for that language...

Don't go any further than this place!!! Jay was amazing! He not only got my 10 year old daughter in a bike and helmet in 5 minutes flat but he took the time to fix the bikes both me and my friend...
