Founded on April Fools Day in 1979 by Lyndee and Dennis DeMeo along with their friend Mike McShane, Garage Sale Antiques has evolved from its original New York City location into a well-loved establishment in Lewes, Delaware. Initially a vintage haven, the shop has expanded over the years to include a diverse range of antiques and collectibles, becoming a local favorite and a destination for antique enthusiasts.

After relocating to Delaware’s scenic seashore in 1991, the business flourished, leading to the establishment of the Garage Sale Antique co-op in 1994 and ultimately the Garage Sale Antique Warehouse on Nassau Road. With a rich history and a commitment to quality, Garage Sale Antiques remains dedicated to providing unique finds and a welcoming atmosphere for all its customers.
