Ms. Seeley received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland at Baltimore in Baltimore, Maryland, her Master of Science in Nursing with a major in Critical Care from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas and her Post Masters Certificate in Family Nurse Practitioner from Salisbury State University in Salisbury, Maryland. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and has sixteen years of prior professional experience as a Nurse Practitioner. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Urgent Care Association of America, and Sigma Theta Tau, Lamda Eta Chapter.

Dr. David Sechler has been practicing on Delmarva since 1997, after serving four years in the United States Navy as an active-duty Lt. Commander and general surgeon in Camp Lejeune, N.C.Dr. Sechler earned his medical degree at the College of Virginia in Richmond, Va. and completed his residency at the Medical Center of Delaware in Newark, Del. He is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery in general surgery and is a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons.Dr. Sechler has served as the Chief of General Surgery at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional for 10 years and has been performing stereotactic breast biopsies for the past twelve years. With his extensive and ongoing training, Dr. Sechler was the first general surgeon to perform the stereotactic breast biopsies in the Salisbury area and is one of the leading breast surgeons treating patients at the TidalHealth Breast Center.

Nichole Holland, MSN, FNP, received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pa. She later earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis, Mn. Holland is a certified family nurse practitioner and is also American Red Cross BLS-certified. Holland is a member of the Maryland Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
