Service was okay, the lady didn't even strike up a conversation with me, she just wanted to take my order and get me out of there. She was kind of rude in a way. I heard her yelling at customers...

Meh. The reviews were good, so I gave it a try when I was in town (it was close to my hotel). Had the cheesesteak. Good amount of beef but incredibly bland -- really needed more seasoning.
