Rudest most condescending staff I have ever seen anywhere. Several customers in the store refused to help anyone. Bad mouthed customers when they gave up and left.

Switched phones to Verizon. Rep. Was 10 minutes late for 11:30 appointment. Only table in office had 8 chairs, all in use. We sat on a bench while rep stood and entered info. On her hand held...

useless staff. no help to solve problems. stay away from express pick up. the 1hr time frame is a scam. staff unable to provide any support what so ever to orders
