Bit of background info, this Subway is located in the L'Enfant Plaza food court, meaning it's packed during weekday lunch hours with 40% office workers and 60% students visiting on field trips....

We finally found this restaurant. Did not realize it was underground. The lady was very nice and served us quickly. Oh by the way they charge a dollar for refills.
