Surveyor celebrates Classic American Standards in a Supper House setting. A place where the neighborhood can come and get a quality meal with exceptional service. The setting will celebrate the history of the area and its connection to the Navy and pay homage to its shipbuilding past. A Marine Surveyor is the person who examines and certifies a ship for voyage, much like a Chef in their kitchen.
