Tilton Bernstein Management has provided over 15 years of experienced property management to residential communities in Washington. Our approach is to provide boutique style, customized management services to communities of all sizes. Located on 14th Street, NW in downtown Washington, D.C, we manage condominium, cooperative, HOA and rental properties. Every day we strive to provide a friendly, professional and personalized level of service that goes beyond that provided by other management companies. We want our residents to know that we are here for them for both emergency and routine events. Our properties represent a cross section of this great city in which we live. The 5, 000 residents we serve want and deserve a high level of service. We employ the latest techniques in management and the most current technology to ensure that they are satisfied with the services they receive.. Our property managers tend to the technical, physical and financial oversight for all community projects, as well as provide advice to both the Boards of Directors and Residents. Additionally, we have qualified in-house accounting staff to provide the association with up-to-date information and financial oversight and to provide each resident with the fastest possible resolution to any of their own account issues. Every day, we are operating the equivalent of a small town ; providing utilities, vertical transportation, maintenance, emergency services, security and advance planning. The appearance of the communities as well as the safety and the satisfaction of our residents are the standards by which we measure our performance and success. As in any small town, problems arise and not everything functions perfectly. However, when this happens we become more determined to solve problems by employing an array of available emergency services and to prevent them from recurring.
