Founded by Dr. Nicole Moore, Vital Therapy is a collective of like-minded clinicians (and one service dog) who enjoy working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life stages. Our office is located in Washington, D.C., where we provide virtual and in person therapy, psychological assessments, and clinical supervision. Our aim is to foster and cultivate vitality -- to us, that means your ability to live, grow, and develop. We utilize an integrative and in-depth approach to therapy focused on building a deeper understanding of yourself and getting to the root of issues so that you can live an intentional and meaningful life.
