Ive been a professional licensed Real Estate agent for over 10 years. In year 3, I sold over 3 million dollars in real estate in Marion County.Ive worked with both buyers and sellers to make their home buying process a positive experience with as little stress as possible and achieve the desired results. Im well connected with local lenders, inspectors, builders and other vendors and know the process and the time frame needed to have a successful closing.I use my personal website and social media to create marketing campaigns as well as the endless resources available to me through Berkshire Hathaway.I am extremely knowledgeable in the 55 plus communities as well as first time home buyers and everything in between.I thrive on seeing the real estate transaction through to completion and the big smiles on both buyer and sellers face.
