Fuck the guy working today. He was a complete prick and talked to me like an idiot. I recommend Napa Auto Parts if you want to speak to a competent person and actually get help with what you need....

Terrible counter help, He says he was a mechanic for 20 years but did not know how a torque wrench should work. Do not buy a Performance Tool torque wrench made in Taiwan. They are designed wrong...

The people working there is not aware how to work the UPS Access Point when they have that service offered in their business. It shouldn't be advertised/offer that service if it can't be fulfilled.
