The curly hair lady at the desk is very rude and has a terrible attitude. She doesn't seem to treat customers with respect. She was not kind to us and kept insisting our corporate airline...

It's 3:30am on July 1. At no fault of our own, the flight was delayed till now. Every other ticket counter was open: Budget, Payless, Avis, Hertz.... we were told that Enterprise doesn't open...
