Alvin T. DeTorres, M.D.

Dr. Matthew Herberg is a board-certified otolaryngologist with a special focus in head and neck surgery, including thyroid, parathyroid, salivary gland, and sleep surgery. With over 8 years of experience in the field, he has developed a reputation as a skilled and compassionate physician who is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to his patients.

Dr. Hao "Mimi" Tran joined The Ear, Nose, Throat and Plastic Surgery Associates in 2005 and focuses her practice on allergy and sinus conditions, general ENT problems and salivary dysfunction. She is a native of Orlando and graduated as valedictorian at Rollins College. She is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and is a member of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Tran has been recognized since 2010 as one of Orlando's Top Doctors and nationally as one of the Best Doctors in America. She is an associate clinical professor at FSU College of Medicine and UCF Medical School, providing clinical ENT experience for medical students.

Taylor Weiss, P.A.-C., joined The Ear, Nose, Throat and Plastic Surgery Associates in 2019. She has clinical training in a wide variety of disciplines and focuses her practice on otolaryngology. Her primary roles within the practice include direct patient care and assisting our physicians in surgical procedures. Taylor is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
