Araya is an exciting, new innovative creation from Chef Jon Augsondthung. Owner of successful Fuji Sushi Bar and Asian Bistro located on Naples Blvd, Jon wanted to introduce a more unique and modern restaurant concept while maintaining a traditional taste. The new menu includes classic Thai dishes such as Chiang Mai Curry Noodles, Country Basil Chicken with Fried Egg, and Rice Cracker Dip Appetizer.
