The business owner began owning a personal training studio and after several years,found a need to bring personal training education and services to private homes and clubhouses,thereby saving the clients valuable driving time and gym excess gym fees,that go unused. Heart Rate training with the use of heart rate watches to most effectively progress to the individual needs of each client,is the preferred method of training with this company. Specializing in weight reduction,management,senior fitness,post rehab work and Assisted Stretching to increase range of motion and flexibility.

We specialize in heart rate training for all personal training clients to reach specific fitness goals,that are individual to each client. Heart rates are monitored through heart rate watches that are worn during workouts. Calorie burn is kept on weekly charts and reviewed before each session. Monthly,full body assessments are done for both personal training clients and gym members at no cost to members.
