For pandemic standards, I'd give this a 5, but since most yelp reviews predate it, I'll be fair with a 4. We waited on line for a good 25 minutes behind 13 other customers, but it was very orderly...

Avoid this place if you can horrible customers services, cashiers talk to each other mid way of helping you and just forget about you, and they are horrible at managing time and way too slow!!...

This is the best branch that Bank of America has. I've been to a couple other Banks of America here in Miami and none have been as good as this one.
