This is my favorite bank. The associates are always most helpful and work to hard to meet my requirements. Transactions are always fast and accurate. I wouldn't change banks for anything....

Never thought a bank would have the least amount of customer service as Bank of America these days!!! One teller no drive ups and not a friendly face in that bank!

BoA simply does not want to render any personal service any longer. They gave $100 million to BLM not long ago, but now seek to cut payroll. They just walled off all but one tiny teller station...

I've been in this branch several times and it has to be one of worst banks in Florida. The customer service is nonexistent the bank is always practically empty very few employees. Usually only...
