I used my credit card on two trips to wash and the initial amount sent to my credit card was $1.50. Now I see the amount changed to $15.00 on one occasion and $14.00 on another. This is a scam...

I usually use quarters when I go there, and spend about $4. Once, I swiped my debit card instead and was charged $18. They do not answer the phone to discuss this scam.
