Dr. Crenshaw is the medical director for the Clinical Genetics Program at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and also serves as an assistant professor with Johns Hopkins Medicine. Her research interests include congenital heart defects, chromosome abnormalities and Turner Syndrome. She has additional expertise in the genetics of congenital heart disease and connective tissue disorders.After graduating from Cornell University as a Cornell National Scholar and Hughes Research Scholar, Dr. Crenshaw received her medical degree from the State University of New York Health Sciences Center at Syracuse. She completed a pediatrics residency at Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children in Falls Church, VA (a teaching affiliate of the University of Virginia), followed by a three-year medical genetics training program at Johns Hopkins University’s McKusick-Nathans Institute of Genetic Medicine in Baltimore, MD.

Dr. Sando specializes in pediatric medicine at Johns Hopkins All Childrens Hospital, seeing patients in St. Petersburg, Florida. Previously, she worked at Childrens Hospital of Los Angeles, where she was an attending physician in the emergency center caring for urgent care patients and educating pediatric residents. Dr. Sando earned her medical degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She completed a pediatric residency at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Following, she provided clinical care and resident education in The Johns Hopkins Hospital pediatric emergency department and at Howard County General Hospital (emergency center and inpatient).
