I was very impressed with the service and level of professionalism that I experienced. It would be extremely advantageous and super user friendly if the questionnaire was available in your app....

It took 2 hours just to get through the check in process for a return appt. Then another 30 min sitting in chair waiting. Then another hour plus in the chair.

It's no longer worth going here it's a 3-hour wait because they stagger people every 5 minutes and they don't have enough people to do the work so you just sit in a line for 3 hours no one cares...

I have donated plasma here a few times. I love that they have an app which allows you to book appointments. My least favorite part of the process is getting my finger pricked for the blood test...
