Body Kinetics of Florida

Pamela Mortemore founded Body Kinetics of Florida in October of 2002. Pamela is a Licensed Physical Therapist and a Certified Polestar Pilates Practitioner of Rehabilitation The internationally recognized Polestar Pilates Education program certified Pamela in July of 2000, which is only given to therapists passing a rigorous training and testing process of many months can be eligible to receive this certification. Pamela has over 6 years of teaching Pilates-Evolved training on Pilates' equipment and in mat programs. In April 2005 Pamela started the certification process for a Gyrotonic instructor level I and continued on to Level II certification and beyond. Pamela continues to create Pilates and Gyrotonic programs for her patients to increase their functional outcome. Below is a list of all her certifications.
