They failed to show up, moved appointments multiple days, etc. I wanted to have a gopher trapped. Apparently they don't know to trap a gopher.

Had Bug Out for 4 years. The tech comes out quarterly for lawn service. So 4 times per tear, time 4 years is 16 visits. In that 16 visits, I had a new tech probably 10 times. My lawn was once...
