Too slow. Whatever their problems are they don't seem to be fixing it based on their review history. We stopped in to hit the bathroom and grab something to eat. Not impressed with the bathroom...

This is THE SLOWEST bk I've ever been to. They constantly have customers wait at the first window to pad their numbers. Slow slow slow. The food is usually right, but the service takes forever.
