Caf Chardonnay, opened in 1986, is full-service restaurant and bar offering lunch and dinner menus. The restaurant serves American cuisine and a large selection of wines. The restaurant s menu offers appetizers, including brandied lobster bisque, marcona almond crusted goat cheese, and chilled shellfish cocktail. The menu also includes salads, such as romaine, Caesar salad, red and yellow beefsteak tomatoe salad, pan seared veal medallions, port wine lacquered grilled filet mignon, skillet roasted veal chop, and sauteed diver sea scallop.
