This is a GORGEOUS Chanel location! Their service was quick and as expected. There was (kinda obviously) a line to wait to go inside and work with an advisor, but we only waited maybe 10 minutes!

Gorgeous store with awful service. I popped in yestetday after visiting Porcelanosa for a client. Security at the door asked whether I had an appointment. Apparently they don't want the masses...

Treated very rudely, walked around for several minutes floundering to find bags without so much as an acknowledgment or we'll be right with you from an associate. Felt like I was looked down upon...
