My experience is the Food and service is always top notch. Great place for take-out. The portions are plentiful and incredibly tasty. Reminds me of back home up north.

2 stars because the people are nice but the food... nope!! The rice was crunchy hard and the egg rolls although fried hard was not that Chinese flavor or taste that I was looking for.

Several months ago, we had stopped using China Express because it seemed that the quality of the food had gone down while the prices had increased. Yesterday, we gave them another try for take out...
