Chowdhary, Sajeel A MD

Michael Kasper, M.D., FACRO, is a board-certified radiation oncologist at the Eugene M. & Christine E. Lynn Cancer Institute at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, part of Baptist Health. He is also the medical director of the institutes radiation oncology. Dr. Kasper served on Floridas Cancer Control and Advisory Board from 2004 to 2010 after receiving appointments from both Governors Jeb Bush and Charlie Crist. He served as chair from 2005 to 2008.He is an affiliate assistant professor at the Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine and served on the national board of directors for the American Cancer Society from 2010-2014. He is a reviewer for multiple journals, published numerous articles and given international seminars and lectures on prostate and skin cancer. Dr. Kasper earned a healthcare hero award for advocacy work that led to smoke-free workplaces in Florida. He has participated in numerous clinical trials that help bring Lynn Cancer Institute to the forefront in radiation oncology breakthroughs.Dr. Kaspers approach to patient care is to partner in his patients journey back to health by learning about individuals and understanding their needs and expectations. He works to educate patients about their disease, treatment options, side effects and alternatives, believing that empathy is a critical feature of the therapeutic process.When he is not seeing patients, Dr. Kasper enjoys spending time with family, exercising and playing the guitar.

Angelina The, M.D., is a board-certified medical oncologist at the Eugene M. & Christine E. Lynn Cancer Institute, part of Baptist Health, at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, diagnosing and treating patients with a wide range of conditions, including breast cancer, lymphoma and leukemia. Dr. The earned her medical degree at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She then completed her internal medicine residency at University of North Carolina and hematology/oncology fellowship at University of Alabama, Birmingham, where she was twice named outstanding clinical fellow. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Dr. The is active in many clinical research trials focused on evaluating existing cancer drugs and advancing new treatments that will benefit patients well into the future. She is also a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology. Dr. The is passionate about delivering all-inclusive care to her patients. She believes quality care involves more than providing expert medical treatment and advice. It also involves taking care of patients individual needs. When she is not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and exercising.

Howard Adler, M.D.,is a board-certifiedhematologist, specializing inleukemia, myeloma and lymphoma,attheEugene M. & Christine E. Lynn Cancer Institute, part of Baptist Health,at Boca Raton Regional Hospital.Dr. AdlerjoinedLynn Cancer Institute in1997and considers medicine a calling, not a job. He believes his biggest accomplishments are treating and curing younger patients who go on to have their ownfamilies.He is a member of theAmerican Society of Hematology, American Society of Clinical Oncology and American College of Physicians.Dr.Adler believes that patients need the best medical advice along with sympathy and understanding to fight illness. He seeks to help patients understand their condition and lessen their fears.Whenheis not seeing patients, Dr.Adlerenjoysspending time with family, reading and traveling.
