Awful customer service. Good luck getting anyone on the phone and when you do you wait at least 30-45mins and your problem has just been escalated to someone else with no solution.

Absolutely terrible customer experience. We've been 4 days without hot water, and were just told someone can't show up to turn it on until tomorrow-within a 4 hour window. You can expect worse...
