Clermont Public Works Department

City of Clermont Public Services is a city department that provides a wide range of management and maintenance to public access areas within the city of Clermont, Fla. It has various divisions, including animal control, city fleet maintenance, mosquito control, facility maintenance, parks, solid waste and sanitation, stormwater management and transportation. The department maintains and repairs more than 97 miles of streets and over 1,000 streetlights. Its sanitation division is responsible for pick up and removal of household trash, yard waste and recyclable materials. The department s transportation division maintains roadways, drainage systems, sidewalks and obstructing trees. Its mosquito control division works in conjunction with Lake County s mosquito control division and provides mosquito control services for its residents.
