As far as massages go, this is the real deal. She is very knowledgeable about where your muscles are and how to stop them from hurting as well as other body functions. I feel amazing.

I was interested in cooking and food chemistry as a child. I enjoyed reading cookbooks! My interest in health lead me to became a fitness instructor in my mid 20's but as life has it, by my mid 30's I had developed many health issues that needed to get me on medication for the rest of my life. I chose to never got on medication but eventually realized that there is a better quality of life that I deserved to live than to suffer every signal day. This is when I changed my way of eating, and the rest is history... I now want to share and teach the world how easy and satisfying it is to live a beautifying, healthier way of enjoying Food and its Purpose!
