Really more like 2 star cookie imo. This isn't an indictment on the store or workers, they're all great. This is specifically about the cookie. They're average, cake-like with too much sugar....

Great Crumbl location - I have been here a few times now and never had any issues. I've ordered inside and curbside. The cookies are always fresh and warm. The customer service is good too!
