The company is approved by the Food and Drug Administration s Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point program. It provides a wide range of products, such as breaded shrimp, scallops, oysters, fish, crab stuffed products, crab cakes, and cooked shrimp. Tampa Bay Fisheries operates a processing facility at Dover, which is spread on an area of more than 240,000-square-feet. The company also owns a more than 60,000-square-foot plant in Jacksonville.
